Sky.

Date

O skies beyond, O skies above
O clouds that stretch for miles and more
Watch now the world unfold, before you

Fill your hearts with fire, adventure
Fill your soul with calm, meditate
Step through the mist, trudge on

Feel the rush of the ocean, fresh from the gates of heaven
Feel the glide of the wind, caressing your skin
Emerge from your troubles, wake up

See the people, love them as you’ve never
See their lives, live like you’ve never lived before
Follow your heart, your mind, your soul

O skies beyond, o skies above,
O clouds that stretch for miles and more,
Watch me now take on the world, for you.

I would go home. It all seems rather simple, really. Until you actually try to walk out on your mind’s urgings, your heart’s discomfort, and generally your disinclination to anything positive. Its a wave, one which – if any of such ever existed – would be left better off unridden.

But one in the ship of life cannot just look away. One in the journey of heaven cannot just stand still. One must set a direction. One must move. One must see that eventually, it would all come to naught but the legacy one leaves. One must see the future beyond oneself.

That, of course, is if you could find a cause sufficiently worthy. And no, it probably doesn’t have much to do about you. It’s everything to do with you.

Go home – back to the foundation of your life!
