If they’ve never seen or felt the beauty, the shining effervescence of the apex of human relationships, what would they understand from it all?
You know, perhaps it takes someone special to recognize something special, too?
Going by probability, that probably is the case. We keep talking about making everyday special, making life amazing and living your dreams – but how many people actually work towards all these things? How many people actually even know what they want? I know a lot of people who think they know what they want, but that might not even match their being, their current state. We’re all ready for the amazing outcome, the bright future we’ve always envisioned ourselves in, when we indulge our wordless, hopeless fantasies. How many people are actually ready for the journey?
Most of us were not born with the tools to excel in life as we know it, but it simply takes a conscious decision – a flick of the switch and a glint in the eyes of the brave.
Perhaps success isn’t the ending. Perhaps we are all too engrossed in the fairy tales which peppered the days of our youth. Perhaps success is in the battle, the pain, the bite of loneliness with no end? What dictates that success is defined by the sweet outcome and not the bitter process?
Sometimes, I wonder what the point of being conscious is, when the world is fast asleep and drowning in dreams. And then I realized, that’s exactly the point.
